Ingredients:
Osmocarb™ (maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, d-ribose), whey protein (concentrate and hydrolysate), skimmed milk powder, amino acids (glycine, alanine, lysine, leucine, valine, isoleucine), vegetable fat (coconut oil), thickener (E466), flavourings, sweeteners (E950, E951), colouring (E162 – applies to Strawberry Delight flavour).
Contains milk and a source of phenylalanine.

Use:
Mix 6 scoops (200 g) with 3–5 dl of water in a shaker. Shake well. Consume as a snack or directly after exercise 1–2 times daily. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the desired consistency.
