Recommended use

Take one serving (one serving packet) 30-45 minutes before training, preferably on an empty stomach. Since each serving contains your daily dose of creatine, you should take Animal Pump every day for best results – even on rest days. On non-training days, take it at the same time as usual. If you train late or want to avoid stimulants, you can remove the red capsule that contains caffeine.
