Use

Advanced bodybuilders, powerlifters and athletes:
Take 1 sachet (packet) about 30 minutes after your meal before training .

When preparing for a competition or extremely intense training sessions, 2 sachets daily are recommended.
Consume with plenty of water.

Please note: We recommend not to exceed 1200 µg of retinol (vitamin A) per day. Therefore, our dosage instructions may differ from the information on the original packaging.
